2Let2Sell2Buy are a legally registered firm in Spain, our aim is to provide quality products, property & services including a global facility where you, the customer can advertise anything from cars - property, antiques - plant machinery etc, or advertise your professional services such as builders, electricians, gardening etc. We also work alongside many mortgage companies who will be only too pleased to demonstrate monthly payment plans which will show just how affordable a home in Spain can be and reputable Spanish solicitors who will deal with all the legal paperwork on your behalf.

Back in the UK Dave was the proprietor of a number of businesses one a large car valeting company for over 12 years: Dave started off his working career as an apprentice mechanic, then became a valet for a well know ford car dealership and seeing how much was charged he decided to set up his own business so in 1987 he put in a tender to a large Renault car dealership in Salford and got the contract, he worked for the car dealership under his company name Execuval Executive car Valeting for over 13 years employing 8 staff.

Whilst still running Execuval he took a serviced office based in Manchester City Centre for 12 months opening a computer games swap club which run a monthly subscription this he called Game House.

Then he took a short term lease on a small valeting bay in Radcliffe, aptly naming it Radcliffe car Valeting, this was situated next door to an Auction House & Garage showroom and he was contracted to clean the cars before auction (he put one of his trusted employees from Execuval here to run this business).

He then took a small car pitch in Urmston Manchester (cheaper rates) selling second hand cars with a partner but wound this company up for 2 reasons (1) due to being taken ill and having to spend over 6 week convalescing after a major operation (2) partner helping himself to the profits (never took a partner on since!!).

Whilst still running Execuval he opened his own car sales pitch in Salford employing 1 salesman he wound the company up mainly due to European price war & internet importation.

Finally after the Execuval contract unfortunately ended due to cutbacks (cheaper for the dealership to employ their own valet staff), Dave worked for 2 different good friends the first who was and still is a general builder (time served 45 years) who taught Dave a great deal which comes in very handy living here in Spain. The second who is an experienced shop fitter (own business for over 20 years) with contracts for Allied carpets, Durham Pine (DP Express) etc he worked all over the country going as far a field as Scotland.

Jackie has worked in the legal profession for over 23 years.
Straight from leaving school her first job was in a Barrister's Chambers in Manchester starting off her career as Junior Clerk working her way up to Assistant Senior Clerk, she then took a year off work to look after her son returning to start work as a legal secretary working at partner level in all departments within the firm including Criminal, Conveyancing (property sales) & Commercial property (development sales) before leaving she worked for the Senior Partner for a number of years.

Graphic Design / I.T. Department: Daniel
Even at school Daniel showed excellent potential in I.T. & business. Whilst still at school he started his own small mobile phone business where he repaired, bought & sold mobile phones & accessories to the general public. He kept this running sideline for around 3 years as he was in full time employment. Daniel has been designing websites from the age of just 14! At 16 he was employed by a web design company in Altrincham to design logos & the templates for their websites. After leaving this web design firm he worked for a major car insurance firm & solicitors in Manchester.
