Ana Isabel Tamborino Cabezas obtained
a superior degree in economics and
business administration from Salamanca
University. She also has a Masters in
business advice.
As a bank employee for several years she
understands only too well the financial,
property and banking problems
experienced by clients relocating in
Spain.
Fluent in Spanish, English and Italian she
is available to help her clients achieve the
peace of mind deserved by thosewho are
looking for a better way of life.
Mayka Durán obtained a superior degree
in English studies and a Masters in
Translation and Interpretation. She also
has knowledge of German and Italian,
and can help and advice in many aspects
of living in a foreign country.
Denise Thompson has lived here for 9
years, and has worked for most of that
time. Her work experience whilst in the
UK and here in Spain has always been
customer related. She can also advise and
help in Spanish, based on her experience
in a foreign country.

Banking and financial advice:
We can provide all the necessary
information about banking in Spain, and
arrange mortgages, personal loans,
investments, current accounts, cash and
credit cards...

Driving licences and car transfers:
We can exchange your UK driving
licence for a Spanish one, renew your
expired licences and get new log books
for when you sell or buy a Spanish registered car...

Wills, inheritance:
When purchasing a property in Spain
there is no legal obligation upon you to
make a Spanish Will, but this is rather
advisable to prevent a lot of costs, time
and frustrations. You may need help in
inheritance matters, as this is
complicated even if you speak the language.

Fiscal representation & advice:
If you are non-resident in Spain but you
own a property, you will have to declare
and pay some taxes. It could be very
difficult for you if you don’t speak the
language and you cannot fill in the forms
required. When living and working in
Spain, you may need some advice about
income and wealth taxes, local rates, ...etc

Insurances:
You may need household insurance, car
insurance, health, life& funeral expenses
insurance, please ask for a quotation. We
work with several Insurance Companies,
and we can provide information and
brochures in English, with the most
competitive rates.

Property legal work:
Notary arrangements and translation to get Title Deeds, land registration,
registration in Town Hall (Catastro),
Water and electric contracts, taxes forms,
and all the necessary work to do
everything properly when purchasing a
property in Spain.

NIE numbers, residencia:
For anything related to taxes
(purchasing a property, a car...) you will
need to apply for a NIE number
(identification number for foreigners in
Spain). Afterwards, when living in
Spain, it might be advisable to apply for
“residencia”, so you will be legally and
fiscally resident in this Country. We can
offer up to date advice on all aspects of
Residencia & NIE applications.

Translation:
If you need help when signing for your
Title Deeds, Mortgage, wills, Power of
Attorney, etc, at the notary’s office. We
can give you our assistance. We also
provide a service at our office for any
telephone calls in Spanish you may need
to do.
