Rental Terms And Conditions
1. Reservation deposit – A 30% reservation deposit is required at the time of your booking.
2. Balance payment – the final balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to
your arrival
(unless paying balance by cash in euros upon arrival). With any reservation
made 8 weeks of arrival full payment is due immediately.
3. Breakages/Damages Bond – Upon arrival at the villa a breakages bond of €200 will be required and will be refunded to the guests only if the property is vacated in good order and approved by the Landlord and/or his agents.
4. Villa Standards – All our Villas are regularly checked and are of a high standard, we ask that the guests agree to maintain the Villa in the condition it was in at the time of possession (clean and undamaged), but inevitably items can break and require maintenance in this respect you may encounter maintenance and pool cleaning staff during your stay.
5. Cancellations – Please see schedule below.
6. Insurance – We recommend you purchase holiday and travel insurance for your own protection as the owner and/or his agent are not responsible for any injury/loss occurred on the property.
7. Party size – Only the named guests on the booking form will be permitted admittance to the villa (unless prior written agreement has been provided) sub-letting is not allowed and therefore the owner and/or his agents have the right to refuse admittance if this is not adhered to.
8. Check in times – Your accommodation is available from 4pm on the day
of your arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure (unless
we provide written authorisation to the contrary whereupon an hourly rate will
be charged).
9. General - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for taking their rubbish to the green bins on the main
road.
10. Safety – No glasses are allowed around the pool area. Please familiarise yourself with the layout of the villa.
11. Complaints - Please note that there may be residents in the surrounding
properties and would respectfully ask that noise should be kept to a minimum
especially in the early hours. Failure to adhere to any of the booking terms
and conditions by any guest in the party will lead to immediate termination
without refund or relocation expenses being paid for by the owner and/or his
agent.
12. Problems you may encounter – If you have any problems during your
vacation please let your agent know immediately and they will endeavour to correct
the problem, the agent cannot take responsibility if they have not been given
the opportunity to rectify the problem.
