If you are thinking of moving to the Costa Calida area, or anywhere
abroad, it can be a very stressful and confusing experience - this
is exactly what we expected when we decided to move - Not
the case with this company........
We would like anyone hoping to purchase a villa / home in the Costa
Calida area to know that we have found 2Let
2Sell 2Buy more helpful than any of the other estate agents
around (and we spoke with many in our search). We cannot recommend
them highly enough!
Both Dave and Jackie were very friendly and welcoming from day one.
They really listened to, and understood our thoughts with regard to
the kind of property we required, and it didn't take them long to
'get it right' for us. They didn't try to push us into a sale at any
time, they offered all relevant information with regard to the properties,
and gave us time to decide for ourselves if the properties were suitable
or not without any kind of 'hard sell'.
We would never have found a suitable home if it wasn't for them both.
They helped us arrange everything with regard to viewings, talking
with the vendors for us, arranging legal representation, NIE number
information, opening a bank account, and of course - explaining every
step of the purchase to us clearly. This all made our move to Camposol,
and house purchase more or less stress free (not the case in 'selling
up' in the UK)! During the purchase period, Dave and Jackie kept in
regular contact with us via email, and every time we emailed 2Let2Sell2Buy,
the reply back to us was always prompt.
We have also been offered advice with regard to other local companies
with regard to removals / internet / telephone connection etc......
